Support is provided on a first come first serve basis and then prioritized by the severity of the issue. The vast majority of support requests are resolved on the first call, and 99% are resolved the same business day. Free support is limited to products POS World has sold to you. There is a verification process, so please be prepared with your order number and contact details for the tech support person who will assist you. This also helps us provide better support by identifying the items you are using. Free support is offered as a courtesy and POS World reserves the right to refer customers where appropriate to the manufacturer for further troubleshooting. POS World does not offer free support for software. As a courtesy we will assist with hardware set up and will offer basic assistance. Otherwise, we recommend purchasing a support plan from your software manufacturer.
