Datalogic's Express Warranty Service Program

Every Datalogic scanner comes with a standard depot warranty. You have the option of upgrading the standard warranty to an express warranty. The upgraded service warranty has the following benefits over the standard warranty:

  • Standard warranty will repair the scanner usually within 10 business days (excluding transit time). Return shipping paid by manufacturer
  • Express warranty will guarantee either 2 or 5 business day repair of the scanner (excluding transit time)
    • 2 Day turn around: Datalogic pays for shipping both ways.
    • 5 Day turn around: Datalogic pays only for return shipping to the customer

Datalogic's Quick Replacement Warranty

Considering the down-time through standard warranty repair the best solution is Datalogic's Quick Replacement program. With this program you will receive a replacement scanner within 24 hours of notifying Datalogic.

Quick Replacement: This will convert your standard warranty into an overnight exchange warranty. In the event of a failure, you would contact Datalogic and they will arrange to overnight a scanner to your location.

  • Must be purchased at time of product purchase
  • Not a one time event, coverage is for the duration of the agreement
  • Replacement sent next business day after request.
  • Shipping covered for damaged scanner
  • Datalogic must be notified by 12:00 Noon (PST Monday-Friday on Datalogic standard business days) to ensure overnight delivery.
